Description

Elastic binder which provides efficient support over the abdomen. The elastic velcro closure makes the binder easy to fit different bodyshapes and hernia/stoma. The long fastening surface of the closure makes the binder flexible in size/circumference and can be adjusted for more or less compression/support.Firm material that keeps its shape without wrinkling. No stays. 

The girdle is reversible, adapted to seal on both the right or left side. Suitable for both post-operative and permanent use. Available in black in height 15 and 20 cm.

Indications

Postoperative girdle after abdominal/trunk surgery. Stabilizes in case of hernia/stoma. Preventive against hernia. 

Contraindications

Incarcerated hernia. Infection.

Materials and care instructions

78% Polyester, 12% Elastane, 10% Ployamide. Latex free. Washing instructions: Machine wash at 40ºC. Can be washed at a higher temperature if necessary, max. 60ºC. The product will last longer if washed at a lower temperature. Use a laundry bag. Dry flat. Do not tumble dry. Seal the velcros before washing. Do not use bleach, chlorine bleach or fabric softener as this could impair the function of the material.

Measure circumference around intended placement. Pick the correct size according to the measurement table.

XS = 70-90 cm

S = 80-100 cm

M = 90-110 cm

L = 100-120 cm

XL = 110-130 cm
