Terms & Conditions for Business Customers

We ship your goods the same day if your order reaches us before 1:00 PM, otherwise the following day. We always offer fast deliveries, and as a customer you have access to our customer service and expertise every weekday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.   


Prices

According to the current price list or as stated in the agreement. All prices displayed when logged in to the web account are exclusive of applicable VAT.


Payment Terms

30 days net from the invoice date. After the due date, late payment interest of 8% is charged in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act.


Delivery Terms

Standard shipping €16. Free shipping on purchases over €250. Or as stated in the agreement.


Delivery Method

We use DSV for our shipments.


Delivery Time

Stock items are delivered promptly. We ship your goods the same day if your order reaches us before 1:00 PM, otherwise the following day. The delivery should reach you within 1 week (usually 1-3 business days). For made-to-order items in our range, the normal delivery time is 2-8 weeks.


Incorrect Delivery Address

If an incorrect address is provided and this results in the shipment being undeliverable, the customer is responsible for any additional costs incurred.


Delays

We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible, but delays may occasionally occur. We therefore do not guarantee delivery on a specific day and always reserve the right to delays. We reserve the right to cancel your order if problems arise with deliveries to us or with payment. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Force Majeure, (such as war, natural disaster, strike, fire or failure by our subcontractor to deliver) NordiCare is not responsible for the delays.

Disputes

Disputes should primarily be resolved amicably with our customer service. If the dispute remains unresolved, NordiCare applies alternative dispute resolution. You can read more about alternative dispute resolution for consumers on the European Commission's website: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.


Other

Force Majeure. NordiCare.se is exempt from liability for failure to fulfil a particular obligation if the failure is due to an exempting circumstance as set out below, and the circumstance prevents, hinders or delays fulfilment. Exempting circumstances include, among other things, government action or omission, newly enacted or amended legislation, labour market disputes, blockades, fire, flooding, sabotage, major accidents or other types of natural disaster. Force majeure also includes government decisions that negatively affect the market and products, e.g. restrictions on indications, warning texts, sales bans, etc., an abnormal downturn in the market, as well as situations where the company is subjected to criminal activity that affects its operations.
