Description 

Elastic binder which provides relief and efficient support for wounds after thoracic and abdominal surgery. Adjustable Velcro front closure makes the product easy to put on and adjust to requested compression. Can be closed right or left side. Form provides a consistent compression around the whole abdomen area and does not affect the patient’s ability to breathe comfortably. The product is also suitable to be used as a stoma binder, although consider using a larger size in order to avoid too much compression. Available in black and grey in three different heights, Form 15, Form 20 and Form 25 cm.

Indications

Stabilizing girdle for stoma/parastomal hernia. Hernia prevention. Girdle/ fixation used for mobilization after surgery and as compression garment.

Contraindications

Incarcerated hernia.

Materials and care instructions

78% Polyester, 11% Polyamide, 11% Elastane. Latex free. Machine wash at 40°C (106°F). Seal the Velcros. Use washing bag. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry.
