Description 

Formable binder that provides a steady support. Easy to seal and adjust with functional handle and velcro fastening in the front. Wide velcro closure makes the binder flexible in size and circumference. The binder can be adjusted to attain desired compression. Smooth and breathable material with comfortable feel. The binder is adjustable to fit different placements around the abdomen, hip or chest. The binder is reversible to be closed on either right or left side. Smidig is available in black, height 20 cm.

Indications

Stabilizing girdle for hernia, stoma, parastomal hernia. Hernia prevention. Girdle/fixation used for mobilization after surgery and as compression garment.

Contraindications

Incarcerated hernia.

Materials and care instructions

28% Polyester, 20% Spandex, 48% Cotton, 4% Nylon. Latex free. Machine wash at 40ºC. Can be washed at a higher temperature if necessary, max. 60ºC. The product will last longer if washed at a lower temperature. Use a laundry bag. Dry flat. Do not tumble dry. Seal the Velcros before washing. Do not use bleach, chlorine bleach or fabric softener as this could impair the function of the material.
