Description 

OActive is an easy and convenient low profile orthotics used for pain relief and also to facilitate and improve function in osteoarthritis of the knee. The brace has unique opportunities to angle the brace with the provided key and can be positioned for the medial or lateral relief. 

The operating range can be set in extension 0°, 5°, 10°, 15°, 20° & 25° and flexion 45°, 60°, 75° & 90°. The orthosis has only one splint which prevents contralateral contact during movement. Perfect for both bilateral problems and for those having limited space between the thighs or knees when moving.   

OActive is applied laterally and is opened/closed easily with four quick locks.   Molded padding and padding with elements of anti-slip eliminates the risk of slipping.

Indications

Mild to severe unicompartmental knee osteoarthritis. Medial or lateral compartment.

Contraindications

Not intended for people with weight >136 kg.

Materials and care instructions

Aluminum brace, neoprene knee bag. Latex free. Wrap should be removed and hand washed as needed using cold water and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and air-dry (do not machine-dry).

Size guide and measuring

Universal. Suitable for thigh circumference up to 73 cm.
