The Jura Knee Immobilizer is a rigid knee orthosis used for immobilizing the knee joint. The Jura Knee Immobilizer has a Velcro closure for quick and easy adjustment. The orthosis consists of three parts that can be easily attached with Velcro to fit different sizes/lengths of the leg. The rear part, with two aluminum rails, iis molded for better comfort and fit. The orthosis also has two lateral rails for increased support. The rails are removable and moldable. The orthosis is fixed using velcro through D-rings in the center front. Size: Available in four different lengths, universal size, fits both right and left knees.
For immobilization of the knee joint postoperatively/post trauma.
Deep vein thrombosis. Do not apply in direct contact with an open wound. Any known allergy and/or hypersensitivity to any material listed in the product composition.
30% Polyurethan, 20% Nylon, 20% Polyester, 20% Aluminum, 9% Polypropen, 1% Acetal. Latex free. Hand wash, dry flat. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. No dry cleaning. Do not iron or tumble dry. Attach velcro when washing.
Measurements in cm are taken proximally about the patella, sitting with the knee slightly flexed.
