Description

ComfortSling is intended to use in shorter treatment. With the elastic soft material ComfortSling fits most sizes and replaces traditional arm slings in many models and sizes. The comfortable shoulder strap is soft and flexible and reduces pressure over the neck. The elastic material shapes after the arm length, from the elbow to the wrist. A soft thumb strap holds the sling in place and ensures that the arm is held in right position.

ComfortSling comes in packages of 12 pieces.

Indications

For support of the shoulder/arm in the event of acute injuries. 

Contraindications

For patients with sinus carotid sensitivity avoid pressure from the orthosis in the carotid sinus area.

Materials and care instructions

88 % Polyester, 12 % Elastane. Latex free. Washing instructions: Machine wash is not recommended. If stains, wipe with a soft damp cloth or wash gently by hand in lukewarm water.

Size guide and measuring

Universal, fits both left and right arm. Fitting: Place arm in the sling pocket as shown in the illustration. Pull strap back over shoulder until buttonhole comfortable aligns with the orange button. Place button through buttonhole securely. Strap may be secured on either side of the button. If necessary the strap can be shortened to desired length.
