Return

Companies and public activities are not covered by the right of withdrawal and return under consumer protection.

Always contact our customer service before any return. Returns are handled as below or as specified in the agreement.

Returns must be made no later than 20 days after the goods have been received and are always accompanied by the current invoice. For returns later than 20 days, a return deduction of 20% of the invoice value is made, later than 60 days, a return deduction of 40% of the invoice value is made.

Goods received more than 90 days ago as well as specially ordered / specially made goods will not be returned.

We also exclude underwear such as bras, panties, underwear, underpants and compression garments / bodysuits that have been tried on. These goods are not withdrawn due to health and hygiene reasons.

The right of return does not apply to defective or incorrect goods as this instead constitutes a complaint.

Returns must be made with paid shipping.

Complaint

Always contact our customer service before any complaint. Complaints are handled as below or as specified in the agreement.

We ask you to immediately check your delivery and goods upon receipt to ensure that the content is complete and functional. The right to make a complaint only covers original defects and not, for example, defects caused by normal wear and tear.

Always contact our customer service in the event of a complaint. Always attach photos, information about when the error was discovered and a detailed description of the error. Do not send back goods until you have received a response from us and how we assess the complaint.
