Terms of purchase for private individuals
At NordiCare.se, we strive to make it easy and safe to shop. We offer a 14 day return/exchange period, provide unit freight for 60 SEK on all purchases below 800 SEK, as well as fast and free shipping for all purchases greater than 800 SEK. VAT is included in all prices.
The products that can be purchased via the web shop are marked with a Buy symbol. This applies primarily to the Safehip hip-protection trousers and other select orthotics. Other products in NordiCare's range should be tested by trained medical personnel or are available upon referral. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions about these terms.
All prices listed are in SEK and include VAT, currently 25%. A uniform shipping fee of 60 SEK will be added to orders below 800 SEK; for orders over 800 SEK, shipping is free. The applicable prices are the ones stated as the list price on the day that the customer makes his or her order. We reserve our rights in the case of errors or typos.
We work with Ecster, a company that offers payment solutions for both e-commerce and physical stores. Ecster is a wholly owned subsidiary of Handelsbanken.
Sometimes you may not wish to pay the entire amount all at once. With partial payment options from Ecster, you can pay at a rate that suits you. Terms for partial payment
With our stores, you can choose payment via invoice so that you can pay at home in peace and quiet. No fee is added for payment by invoice. The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail directly from Ecster.
We accept credit card payments with Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. No fee is charged for payments by card.
Typically your order will be shipped within 1-3 working days. If the item you have ordered is back ordered, we will notify you of the new estimated delivery date. If any product cannot be shipped within 5 working days, we will notify you of this in order to provide you with the opportunity to approve the later delivery date or to cancel your order.
Method of delivery
We use Schenker for our shipments and delivery. You may pick up your package at your convenience at any of Schenker's agents in Sweden.
Incorrect shipping address
If an incorrect or invalid shipping address has been provided so that the shipment is unable to be delivered, the customer is liable for any additional costs.
Shipping: 60 SEK for all deliveries on orders under 800 SEK. Free shipping is provided for all orders over 800 SEK. Prices that include shipping apply only for delivery within Sweden. If you would like an order delivered outside of Sweden, please contact us via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for price information.
In case of incorrect delivery or if the product delivered is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, either by telephone at +46 (0) 42 35 22 20 or by email at email@example.com. We will work to correct the error as quickly as possible. We must be notifed concerning defective or damaged goods within 14 days. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first. Goods that are returned with cash on delivery or other similar shipping processes will not be accepted. In the event of a dispute about a complaint or return, we will adhere to decisions made by The National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämndens). The National Board for Consumer Disputes can be contacted at www.arn.se or Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. You can also use the online complaint platform available on the European Commission website: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
14 day open purchase, Returns
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days , as outlined by the Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen). Our return policy applies for returns made of orders within 14 days of receipt. We do, however, require that the product is unused and returned in the original packaging with all applicable original documents. The customer is responsible for shipping on any returned items. Once we have received the returned product and checked the item, we will return the money to your account equal to the value of the goods.

Orders from abroad
We currently only ship orders within Sweden. (Orders can be shipped to Denmark and Norway if you go into the Danish or Norwegian language versions of our website, respectively). For questions regarding other countries, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Minors (individuals under the age of 18) may not make purchases without the approval of their parent or guardian. NordiCare reserves the right to cancel orders for any clearance sales, printing errors, or changes in technical data that are beyond our control.
NordiCare.se is exempt from any penalties associated with failure to fulfill certain obligations if the failure was due to extenuating circumstances as described below, and the event prevents, impedes or delays our ability to perform our business operations. Such circumstances include: government action or error, new or amended legislation, conflict within the labor market, embargos or blockades, fire, flood, sabotage, major accidents, and various types of natural disaster. Force majeure circumstances include government decisions that negatively affect the market and/or products such as restrictions without indication, warnings, sale prohibitions, etc. These conditions can also include an abnormal decline in the market and whether the company has been subjected or exposed to criminal activities that may impede or affect business.

Terms of Delivery
Free from our warehouse. Shipping is free for orders over 1500 SEK
Terms of Payment
30 days net after invoice date. After the due date, a late payment penalty is charged in the form of 8% interest.
For items that are in stock, we will ship within 1 week; custom goods are shipped within 2–8 weeks.
Returns / complaints
Please always contact our customer service before sending any returned items or issuing any complaints. All returns must be made no later than 20 days after receipt of goods. Returns must always be accompanied by the actual and current invoice. In the event of a return later than 20 days after receipt, a return deduction of 20% of the invoice value will be made; a return later than 90 days has a 40% deduction. Goods older than 180 days may not be returned. Items that have been custom ordered cannot be returned either. The customer must pay the shipping on any and all returns.
